48ish square meters, mostly vinyl flooring with carpets in the two bedrooms and tile in the bathroom. One bedroom is a decent size, the other is basically a study that we somehow managed to fit a single bed into for a couple of years. Vinyl and Tile need a brief mop, carpets could use a good vac, but nothing is overly dirty. Kitchen is just a single benchtop and a stove that's been mostly cleaned, but could use a hit with some stronger chemicals. Oven wasn't used all that much, but could use a quick wipe. The cupboards and drawers could use a wipe, but nothing major has spilled or anything in there. Bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a mirror, and a bathtub. Bath was just used as a place to stand while showering, so it doesn't need all that much. Toilet just needs some bleach and a quick wipe of the outside. Dust and clean including skirting boards, wipe outside of cupboards, clean down marks on walls (kids areas quite grotty) , vacuum and mop floors, clean inside of windows and doors and outside where possible, bathroom and kitchen clean (not oven) and clean 5 ceiling fans. Vacuum available but please supply other cleaning items. In school hours during week of 6 to 10 December. - Due date: Before Friday, 10th Dec 2021
