End of lease cleaning. 1 bedroom apartment that has NO CARPET. (All sealed hard floor and tiles). Having to move out as the owner wants to sell. Real-estate agent is pushing for me to use her cleaners and says she will bill me if it's not professionaly cleaned. (She claims she doesn't get a cut but she is pushing me to use her cleaners). I am currently packing everything up. On Wednesday night and Thursday morning I will be cleaning the apartment before the movers come on Thursday morning. Then I will vacuum and mop the floors. Looking to book someone for Thursday anytime after lunch (update don't need to hand the keys over until next day) I mainly need to book someone to clean anything I may have missed and provide a receipt as proof so I can contest the agent if and when she tries to dock me for not using her cleaners. There are at least three tasks that I know need doing which are the skirting boards, windows and some cobwebs on the balcony.
