End of lease cleaning. 1 bedroom apartment that has NO CARPET. (All sealed hard floor and tiles). Having to move out as the owner wants to sell. Real-estate agent is pushing for me to use her cleaners and says she will bill me if it's not professionaly cleaned. (She claims she doesn't get a cut but she is pushing me to use her cleaners). I am currently packing everything up. On Wednesday night and Thursday morning I will be cleaning the apartment before the movers come on Thursday morning. Then I will vacuum and mop the floors. Looking to book someone for Thursday anytime after lunch (update don't need to hand the keys over until next day) I mainly need to book someone to clean anything I may have missed and provide a receipt as proof so I can contest the agent if and when she tries to dock me for not using her cleaners. There are at least three tasks that I know need doing which are the skirting boards, windows and some cobwebs on the balcony. I can provide photos tomorrow on request but I'm currently still packing.

Attached are photos of the house. I need the usual things, skirting boards cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped. Hand rails wiped. Shower, bath, sinks, toilets cleaned, tiles whipped down. Windows inside cleaned and window ledges. Furniture dusted etc. carpets vacuumed including under beds etc. wall art dusted. Mirrors cleaned. I have all cleaning product, vacuum mops etc.
