Just need you to vacuum all rooms, mop hard floors and wipe over kitchen cupboards and sinks. Not dirty just for sale settlement to have it looking nice and clean. Bathrooms not used so no need to do. Same with oven. No need. I expect 2 hours at most. Must bring own equipment.

Help needed with 3 hours packing up for removal on Monday, lifting boxes and organising, some just packing things into boxes. Kitchen stuffs, tool shed and store room stuff. Must be efficient and organised! Need some physical strengths. Some stairs split level house.

I have a 30sqm Airbnb property that needs cleaning sporadically when the tenant vacates on 20th October, please come after 11am that date, approximately 2 hours. Clean oven and stove immaculately shake outdoor mat and sweet front porch 1sqm The property isn't dirty just a superficial cleaning job. People only stay 7 days and don't leave anything dirty. There's no deep cleaning required, oven is clean just needs wiping no heavy cleaning, there's no changing of linen, just taking off the linen of one bed ie two sheets, 4 pillowcases and a mattress protector. Then hand them to me or leave in a pile so that I wash them. I currently do this in less than an hour. Cleaners rate is $35 per hour. I'm paying for nearly 3 hours. We have cleaned much of our rented townhouse but have run out of energy to clean the carpets (steam?) and to thoroughly clean the floor tiles/grout. There are 3 bedrooms and a hallway that are carpeted and have already been thoroughly vacuumed. I'm not sure how to address the carpet stains safely. Please could you help! Thankyou!
