Issues to be Rectified: - Front of Cupboards Sticky in Kitchen - Residue evident on stove top - Dining Room window sills have apparent dust, blind has some dirty marks evident, front of multi data point dirty, stand alone DPP dirty, top of outdoor light switch dirty. - Downstairs ensuite - minor dust on exhaust fan, marks to the LHS of base of toilet - Upstairs bathroom - Shower has apparent strong urine smell, that the real estate believes the grout is holding the smell. Toilet lid is dusty, and floor has a black streak. Laundry - light switch has dust, tiny bit of dirty near laundry door. We will need someone who can do a quick touch up of all these areas.
