I’m after a regular fortnightly cleaner on an ongoing basis. I have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex, one main combined kitchen / dining / living area with floorboards to main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Looking for someone to do floors, surfaces, skirting and bathrooms mainly. I’d be looking at approx 3 hours per fortnight and around $50 per hour. I’d really like someone ongoing and long term so reliability is very important. It’s a brand new house, lived in for only 2 months so will be easier to maintain. We're also quite clean and try to be minimalist. I am particular about attention to detail, but also not unrealistic about what can be achieved in a certain timeframe. I’d like my own chemicals and equipment to be used. My chemicals are non toxic but all work very well. Happy for the cleaner to bring their own vacuum if they’d prefer, providing it has a Hepa filter. We’re a shoe free house, so will need someone who is ok to take their shoes off.
