Need a weekly cleaner for a psychology practice. The office is a converted house with 4 rooms, a waiting area and kitchen. The place is kept tidy during the week so it’s mostly the floors and surfaces that need looking after. You will need to dust all visible surfaces, vacuum rugs and mop hardwood floors as needed. Weekly bathroom clean including toilet and bathroom vanity (bath/shower not used). Kitchen will need to have the sink cleaned, dishwasher emptied, benches wiped. Make sure water glasses, water dispenser and paper towels are full. Change bin liner in every room. Occasionally clean split system filters. Maybe some other odd jobs. Expectation is that you will spend 1 hr/ week and will rotate certain tasks that don’t need to be done weekly.
