General clean large vacant upper duplex house. Moving out of house to be renovated: Clean from noon 24 Nov as movers OR AM of 25 Nov. end of lease pest control is 230 25th. Will require ongoing cleaning at Manly. The bedrooms, dining, lounge and small bedroom hallway are carpeted, require vacuuming only. The tiled areas are long entry hallway, small office, billiard and rumpus room, stairs, 2 bathrooms, 1 combined laundry/toilet, 100sqm covered indoor entertainment area. There is a small carpeted gym area downstairs that’s never been used so just a vacuum. Workshop/storage area is concreted approx 90 sqm never really been used either except for storage so will be dusty and require sweeping and wiping down benches only. For dusting, sweeping, mopping & vacuuming there’s no need to remove stubborn marks. NO need to do windows, doors, light switches cornices etc. No need to do showers., ovens or remove cobwebs like the usual hard stuff. The landlords are renovating including replacing roof, ripping out walls and kitchen etc and just want some surface areas clean. Bench tops and microwave space to be wiped down. Clean exterior of dishwasher and behind it. Clean sink, drain hole and tap ware of kitchen and bathrooms plus towel rails. Clean 3 toilets. (3rd bathroom is combined with laundry and almost never used but regularly cleaned until before lockdown) there’re a non functional shower recess in that laundry that’s never been used by us other than storing laundry basket. Clean laundry sink, tap ware, windowsill. General sweep and mop of 3 balconies. general sweep of garage and hose garage. As I mentioned they are renovating including replacing the whole roof and replacing and remodelling majority of the interior but owner wants it to be tidy and sanitised as she doesn’t like germs but wants it to be tidy before builders come through.
