Hi there. I hope you are well and thanks for reading. I'm looking for a friendly, flexible cleaner to help with regular cleaning and changeovers for an AirBnB, house, and small cabin in Crib Point. Basically, I have a 1-2 bedroom house and a little one-bedroom cottage that I rent for Airbnb, so would love to have someone who can come approx once a week (possibly twice if it suited you) to change over either one or both of the airbnb's. Tasks would include; - changing over the bed linen & towels (washing the old linen in the washing machine and hanging it out or putting it in the dryer) - replacing the bed with new linen and new towels etc - general cleaning (vacuuming, cleaning kitchen in the main house if needed, bathroom etc - emptying bins & possibly sweeping the paths for the outside cabin etc. So it will involve a few little things separate to general cleaning but basically happy to pay you an hourly rate so you get paid based on whatever time it takes. Very happy if you want to come over and see things and have me show you what's involved before you make an offer. Whatever I can do to give you more information, I'm very happy to. What would be great from my side would be I) knowing your hourly rate for such work ii) how flexible you might be with work days. Usually guests would stay on the weekend so we would most likely need you Monday or Tuesday but Sunday or later in the week could also work so just let me know. iii) if you have other days available and if you'd be interested in doing something more than once a week. iv) how far from Crib Point you are as it would probably suit someone reasonably close by.
