Tristans colleague came on his own to do a full vacate clean . Tristan did not turn up for hours and and left after less than 1 hour. The work was not done as offered or required. I couldn't check everything before they left as I was moving out. Very slow to respond when notified of the issues. Offered to come back twice but never turned up. When contacted again Tristan was very defensive and made a racial comment after saying he would come back

Initially they say they will do everything well in time, they will quote very less price and promise you that they will finish of the job in half time and take ask for extra money once they finish the job, very expensive and fraud, stay away from them. Even the cleaners do not know to speak English, they cannot communicate and understand, very annoying and very bad experience with them
