Lydia did a fantastic job. She was great with communication, arrived early, and was very thorough with her cleaning. She didn’t miss a thing, she even pointed out a few areas in the shower grout which she had scrubbed several times but was naturally discoloured (from age, etc.), which I really appreciated so that I knew those spots were still perfectly clean. My bathroom is now sparkling and I’ll absolutely hire her again in the future!

It’s a small one bedroom apartment. Already clean but will need bond cleaner (windows, mirrors, cupboards, skirting and tracks, oven, etc). I have one room with carpet - happy to do my own carpet cleaning if you charge more than $50 to add this on. Only reach out if you come back and clean anything that does not pass bond clean inspection for any reason (on the same day). The bond clean was okay. I had to return and clean the shower screen myself because Nancy told me the water marks could not be removed. This was a lie, it took me no more than 15 minutes to remove the water marks. The filter in the dryer wasn’t emptied. Apart from those two things, the cleaning passed inspection.
