need a vacate clean done on a one bedroom furnished apartment. it was vacated quickly and there are still towels and personal effects there that will need to be thrown out or otherwise disposed of- sheets? towels , cushions etc ( a lot of them near new, and anything that is there you are welcome to keep if you want it! ) my sister left in a hurry due to personal circumstances beyond her control, anything that is there can be disposed of in the dumpster that is downstairs in the building , only the furniture, basic linen and kitchen stuff needs to stay . ideally would like to have this done today if possible and am willing to negotiate a higher rate if need be once you have been there and had a look around- it's not really dirty but it is messy and there is the added annoyance of the items to be disposed of . i will happily negotiate further with anyone who is happy to do this job , just let me know. 2 people could get it done in a couple of hours no problem .!!!
