Ganza is quite lovely and pleasant to work with, unfortunately he underestimated how much work needed to be done and didn't complete the task. He had one of his workers come around and had to leave early to go to another job, meaning he rushed a few of the cleaning tasks and things were not cleaned properly or missed altogether. At the start, communication was great but trying to resolve the issue of not having the task fully completed was hard.

Famy was amazing. She & her colleague got our 3×2 house cleaned in 4 hours (including carpet cleaning). She even went above & beyond & removed paint marks from the carpets that the painters had caused. The owner was very impressed with the condition of the house.
