I have a 1 bedroom apartment at Wattle Avenue Hove that I rent out on AirBnb. It is newly renovated, and about 50m2 in total area. After each occupancy I would need used linen (sheets, pillow cases towels & tea towel) to be replaced with clean ones and the apartment cleaned and ready for the next guest. Full house clean would like bathroom surfaces spotless

General clean each fortnight, including dusting and wet wiping where required. We have only one room with carpet so the rest would have to be mopped after vacuuming. You will come to a tidy home with made beds and no clutter, but we have three elderly dogs and three cats. We have a brand new Miele vacuum cleaner, but you can bring your preferred mop if that is important. We would like to see a police clearance and we would like a personal relationship with our cleaner we are NOT interested in agency staff. Price is negotiable, but around $75-80 for a whole clean.
