Looking for an end of lease clean for a small, relatively new granny flat. The quote should include the following things. 1) Exterior windows 2) Sweep small veranda 3) Small living area top to bottom including window sills 4) Small kitchen top to bottom including cleaning all cupboards and draws, sink, dishwasher (never used so might just need wipe out), oven, stove plate and range hood 5) Small laundry cupboard top to bottom 6) Main bedroom top to bottom including fans, walls, floors, window tracks, cupboards 7) Bathroom top to bottom including sink and mirror, toilet, shower including grout, window and sill, fan, etc 8) Second bedroom top to bottom including fans, walls, floors, window tracks, cupboards. The housekeeping job is potentially an ongoing one to service our AirBnB. We need to book in this first job for Monday 3rd May, then additional bookings will be made when guests book a stay. We really want to work with someone that is local, reliable and has good attention to detail. Housekeeping duties will involve the following after each guest stay: 1. Cleaning of a four-bedroom single level federation house, including 1.5 bathrooms 2. Changing linen for 1 king room, 2 queen rooms and a king single room (note: linen is professionally laundered and is picked up / delivered to the house) 3. Replenishment of supplies provided, including bathroom supplies, some kitchen supplies and limited supplies for a wood heater. 4. Checking for breakages, damage, noting when supplies are running low and reporting maintenance issues. A detailed housekeeping checklist is also available. A few photos of the house are provided.
