Very disappointing & certainly wont be using Stefi's service again. I gave clear instructions of what to do yet this wasnt followed. I let Stefi know the bathrooms were the priority & only if they were cleaned was she to move onto other things. She didnt clean the grout (mould left there), 1 of the bathroom floors wasnt cleaned, shower knobs not cleaned. If only I could upload photos of her cleaning & then show photos of how I cleaned it myself.
