Deep clean of large 5 piece fabric lounge

Efficient and affordable house cleaner needed fortnightly from Tuesday 24th December. (With the odd extra job the day before or after entertaining guests) 2 storey, 5 bedroom, rumpus, alfresco & 3 bathroom home. Thorough but general clean required. Duties will include but are not limited to; - clean all bathrooms including shower/grout, toilet, sinks, arrange towels and hand towels neatly (on some occasions inside the vanity. Only if necessary) - clean kitchen and appliances including range hood & splash back (on some occasions the oven & inside the fridge. Not needed every fortnight) - wipe down all surfaces, benches & furniture throughout house (in lounge room, rumpus, dining, living, kitchen & bedrooms) - vacuum & mop floors of entire house - clean back glass doors & tvs (any other windows, mirrors & glass that may have finger print marks on them. Only if necessary) - wipe down any marks on the walls, doors, light switches, door/cupboard handles WHERE NEEDED (only if necessary) - vacuum under lounge seat cushions and arrange them neatly if they are dishevelled and untidy - make beds if disheveled and untidy. Back alfresco area may need cleaning from time to time on the odd occasion including the floor tiles, both sides of the glass balustrade & outdoor furniture (dining table, lounge & coffee table). This will not be a fortnightly occurrence. You will be notified the week of if this is needed. Cleaning chemicals for outdoor tiles required. Previous cleaner was employed for over 20 months but stopped cleaning due to needing back surgery. She would charge $200 for entire house & $50 extra for alfresco when that needed to be done. Extra Christmas cleaning available for successful candidate on Monday 30th December & Thursday 2nd January.
