Area include: 2 x bedrooms 1.5 x bathrooms 1 x kitchen 1 x living room 1 x stairs (carpeted) 1 x tall balcony windows on one side of building (approx. 5 metres high & 3.5 metres wide) Requirements include standard end of lease clean including: - Doors & door frames - Surfaces, including inside cupboards - Tiles/floor boards vacuumed & mopped - Carpets (only stairs are carpeted) - Receipt/invoice required to provide to Real Estate agent As mentioned abovr, we have quite tall windows (over 4 metres) which we will need cleaned inside and out. If you are able to clean these, please include in your price. If you are not able to, we will consider engaging another contractor for that component.
