4 bed house Our tenants have moved out and done an okay job of cleaning, but I’m looking for peace of mind that it’s actually clean before I move in. Regular / standard clean for a 5 bedroom house. 2 bathrooms. 2 storey. 4 hrs minimum or 2 if there are more than 1 of you. Main focus is bathroom and kitchen. I can provide vacuum cleaner and mop or you can use your own. This will be a fortnightly clean - this task is a trial clean :) First clean can happen anytime starting next week either Monday, Thursday or Friday (before 3pm because my kids come home then) Going rate will be $35 an hour after the 1st clean.
