TLDR: Book Sam, with no hesitation!!! Right now, book her!! Long response I read Sam's reviews and was a little sceptical about how good they all were but chose her based on that and her completion rate. Fast forward to her arriving and omg!!! I actually hugged her (weird right!). I arrived to tame some of the cat hair on furniture, she told me not to worry, she'd take care of it. She told me 'go be with my kids, I'll look after everything'. Do you have any idea what those words sound like when you're in the middle of a move!The relief having found someone reliable, and who just steps up the the moment and take charge is invaluable and really rare! Her customer service and her above and beyond attitude is only surpassed by her cheery and relaxed, get it done demeanor. She holds herself to a high standard. Even asked her to do more than the original request, she took it all in her stride and saved us having to make special trips. I'm honestly so so so happy with this.

I am looking for efficient and detail oriented domestic cleaners to spring clean my 3 bedroom apartment. Police clearances essential, pet friendly preferred. I would like my 2 bathrooms deep cleaned, walls, floors and showers scrubbed, drains cleaned, mirrors washed and wiped. In the main bathroom the cabinets wiped down inside and out, just the outside is fine in ensuite. Kitchen/laundry area deep clean excluding the oven and fridge, including inside undersink cupboards, and wiping down all external surfaces and inside some cupboards, walls, kickboards and floors. Lounge/dining/hall cleaning dining room tables and chairs (6), cleaning floor to ceiling blinds (4 large), wiping down all surfaces and washing walls. Floors to be vaccumed and mopped. Window tracks to be cleaned, windows excluded. Two bedrooms will need to be vacuumed and walls and windows washed including window tracks, wardrobe mirrors to be cleaned. Some crayon and pen marks to be removed from kid's room walls. Main bedroom will just need a vaccum and some pen and crayon removal from wall. Front door and all skirting boards to be cleaned, hall cupboard wiped down. Possibly other cleaning tasks that a professional might see! I just want to see my house looking lovely and clean. Wool carpets in the bedrooms, natural stone floors in bathrooms, floating wooden floorboard lounge/kitchen/hall. I am looking for 10 hours of cleaning, ideally 2 cleaners to complete in 5 hours at $45 an hour. - Due date: Before Saturday, 17 September 2022
