I have an Airbnb at Ormeau, with guests checking out 1st January by 10am, and new guests checking in from 3pm. My usual cleaning company isn't working on this day due to it being a public holiday. I'm looking for someone who can arrive at the house 10am, and can: - Wash and dry all linen, towels (there's a washing machine and a dryer) - Dispose of rubbish - Clean the bathrooms - Clean the kitchen - Clean all surfaces - Clean the floors It's a 4 bedroom house with ensuite and bathroom, and a small granny flat with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette. There's 5 beds, so there's a decent amount of washing to do (linen and towels), I would guess 4-5 loads and then drying and returning to the beds. This will mean this task will take you 4-5 hours. If you live close by, I'm fine with you using your washing machine and dryer to speed up the process. It just all needs to be completed by 3pm. I'm paying a high amount for this task as it's on new years day, and I really need someone that is reliable and won't let me down. I'm fine if you bring a spouse/friend to help or for company. I just really need you to be reliable and do a good job.
