I have had a very grubby, hoarding tenant leave without cleaning. Before I renovate, I need a basic clean done. This is not an end of lease clean, just a basic clean to remove as much dirt and grime as possible. Tenant was a heavy smoker, so all walls will need a sugar soap. Oven will be removed, so does NOT need cleaning. Looking for someone to pop round once a week, preferably Thursdays (though I can be flexible), to carry out some housework. Tasks will vary a bit from week to week, and amount to around 90 minutes' work. Most weeks will involve some basic cleaning of my small apartment (dusting / wiping down key surfaces), ironing, hanging up/putting away laundry, washing pots & pans, changing the cat's litter. Everything you need will be supplied. I'll leave you a modest to-do list, give you the key on your first visit, and you'll be left to your own devices (welcome to have the TV on, play music via Bluetooth etc). If you do a good job, this will be a recurring weekly gig, $60 cash-in-hand going forward.
