About the space: * 2 bedrooms (1 is a study/pet room) * 2 bathrooms (only one in regular use) * Living by myself and with my cat. * Open plan kitchen/living area * Cat (friendly, indoors – some fur around!) * Big balcony (no need to focus too much on this) What I’m after in a 3–4 hour visit (some rotating tasks are okay): General/All Areas: * Empty bins * Dust and wipe down all surfaces (incl. skirting boards, window sills, shelves, furniture, doors) * Clean accessible light switches and power points * Dust/clean all mirrors and glass surfaces * Air freshen/deodorise (optional) * Vacuum all soft furnishings and under beds/couches where possible * Vacuum and mop all accessible floors * Light organising (e.g., rearranging shelves, coffee cart, study desk, visible clutter) Bathrooms: * Deep clean shower, bath, and sinks (incl. tiles, screen, and grout) * Clean and disinfect toilet * Wipe down benches and cupboard fronts * Clean mirrors * Scrub shower and floor grout * Clean ceiling exhaust fans * Empty bins * (Only need to do the main bathroom regularly – second one rarely used) Kitchen: * Clean stovetop, splashback, sink, benchtops, and cupboard fronts * Clean inside/outside of microwave and air fryer occasionally * Load up Dishwasher (if applicable) * Occasional fridge clean if time allows Bedroom/Living Areas: * Make bed and change linen * Dust/wipe all surfaces including bedside tables and coffee table * Lightly tidy or rearrange if things look out of place Pet-related tasks (please let me know if you’re comfortable doing these): * Wipe down cat litter area and vacuum around it * Clean food bowls * Vacuum couch and common fur zones. What I’m looking for in a cleaner: * Reliable and consistent – available monthly * Pays attention to detail (not just surface-level tidying) * Comfortable using your own products or mine (I have a vacuum and mop) * Cat-friendly and respectful of my space * Open to feedback or small tweaks after the first clean

There is a washer and dryer at the property which can be used. Only put an offer if you can do a clean at least 1-2 times a week and have a flexible schedule as most clean would need to be done between 10-2pm. Preferably someone that lives close by.
