Tasks include: - wiping of a kitchen table, several coffee tables, kitchen benches, 2 bathrooms with showers (1 has a bath tub); - clean toilets X 2; - replenish toilet paper rolls; - remove all beddings (pillow cases, sheets and quilt covers X 4 bedrooms) and wash at public laundry then return to the house. - put fresh beddings on (from laundry closet); - clean toilets X 2; - take all rubbish out to the bins, re-line bins, wipe down outside of bins if needed; - Empty fridge and wipe it down; - Clean stove and oven; - mop and vacuum floor. - communicate everything with owner and send photos of everything including before and after shots. The guests staying at the house are expected to leave minimal mess, so the work will be light and quick. We need someone reliable for regular work. Must be available between 10am-2pm. Prefer someone local and willing to share evidence of residence.
