Looking for house clean to be completed initially as a one off clean/trial run then possibly leading to a regular fortnightly clean. Property is a 3 bedroom high set Queenslander with one of the bedrooms being used as an office. There is only one bathroom with a shower only (no bath). Must be dog-friendly as we have 2 large, but very friendly, dogs (both boxers). Cleaning required consists of: - Full clean of the bathroom including tiled floor, shower screen, toilet, basin and external surfaces of vanity and cabinets - Kitchen & pantry cleaning including sink, surfaces of worktops, hob, external surfaces of cupboards and dining table - Vacuum all rooms (timber flooring throughout with the exception of the 2x bedrooms which have carpets) - Cleaning blades of 4x ceiling fans - Cleaning 2x blinds in the living room only - Cleaning of window sills throughout - Spot clean of any dirty marks on walls and skirtings throughout (caused by the dogs!) Other additional items such as cleaning the oven, cleaning windows or external cleaning would be open for discussion with any extra time to complete to be agreed. Based on our previous cleaners the clean takes approximately 2 hours. Budget noted is based on a 2 hour clean at $45-50/hour, which is negotiable, plus Airtasker fees for the initial clean completed via Airtasker.
