2 bedroom unit. Initial house clean 2-3 hours with discussion of regular job going forwards. Would like someone flexible, friendly and thorough. Must be ok with cats. One of the rooms is for storage so doesn’t need cleaning so it’s really 1 bedroom. The general tasks are vacuuming, dusting, kitchen cleaning, toilet and bathroom.. Carpets need a good deep vacuum and lots of dusting and bench tops cleaning in kitchen. Easy cleaning in main bedroom. Very small kitchen area to clean. Oven only requires a wipe down as it’s barely used. Possible fridge/freezer cleaning in the future. I have all of the cleaning supplies if required. All carpeted except for kitchen, bathroom and toilet areas. Assuming a call-out fee of $50, and an hourly rate of $40 (including the 22% AirTasker surcharge) I am NOT prepared to pay more than $530, which when adding the $24.95 booking fee from AirTasker will round up to a spend on my part of just shy of $575 for the scope of works table above. Please do NOT provide a figure above $530 unless you can provide justification for the variance / additional cost.
