There's a least 8 hours work... the first time & then less & less as it's maintained; so "better & better pay for less work" over time... For someone who's "fast" and works hard - it can probably be done in 4 - 6 hours... MUST have own equipment & cleaning products. MUST have own protective gear. I'd be very happy to EXTEND - the task - and add in "outdoor cleaning" of ceilings in the carport... for "EXTRA".

Stuff is in piles and either needs to be taken to the driveway for pick up to tip or Charity bin (bonus of you can do this as well) as well as packing up car.
