1. Overall basic house cleaning- It’s a one storied house which has wooden floor throughout the house. I want kitchen, oven and sink to be cleaned. Floor to be vacuumed and mopped. And toilets to be cleaned. There is one toilet and another one is bathroom with shower so need the shower area to be cleaned. 2. I prefer a lady to organise my closet, actually I’ve 5-6 boxes of clothes which need to be unpacked and all my cloths need to be rearranged inside the closed. We are needing a professional cleaner to clean our large house in Torrens Park on a regular basis. Here is a list of the rooms that are needing cleaning: 3 large bedrooms (carpet) 1 study with desks (carpet) 1 medium bathroom with shower and bathtub (tile flooring) 1 small bathroom with shower (tile flooring) 1 large ensuite with shower and bathtub (tile flooring) 1 large front lounge room (tile flooring) 1 long hallway / window frames (tile flooring) 1 large open plan living / dining / kitchen area (tile flooring) 1 butler pantry (tile flooring) Inside glass windows along hallway and in open plan living area 1 stairwell Please note that most of the house is on ground floor however we have a second floor where 2 of the bedrooms are. Normal cleaning time is approx. 6 hours to do a thorough job. We require you to have your own cleaning products however can lend you a vacuum cleaner and steam mop if required.
