House cleaning tidying up

I am looking for a quote and relevant information to help me organise my home. I recently(well not so recently. 1 year ago) had my daughter and her family move out after 9 years. I am almost 70 and just don’t have the energy or skills to organise my 3 bedroom home and I also have a studio space (3 room unit) that has been used for storage and overflow all that time and would now like to clean it all out. My biggest problem is crafting tools and supplies. Also my mother died during covid, interstate and everything is getting on top of me. Please advise your operation methods and approximate rates. Carpet Cleaning in rental property. Definitely needs some sanitizing and cleaning. I know it will not be able to be perfect, but a deep clean initially to help sanitize and bring the house back to life initially is what I am after. I've included a photo of the hallway to give an indication. Although that is one of the worse areas. - Due date: Flexible

Need someone who is available to provide strong hands and legs to help fill up a Rubbish SKIP. Rental property is changing hands and old tenant has left a lot of furniture and items that will be thrown away for a new refresh of the rental property. Need 1 bathroom, toilet, laundry, kitchen, lounge room, family room, passage & 1 bedroom cleaned (other bedrooms used for storage) including walls, ceiling, inside windows & oven. Floors all tiled in living areas so only carpet in bedroom & rug in lounge room. Need cleaned on Wednesday 26th May or Thursday 27th May for event on weekend. As we work full time would like to look at organising regular cleaning arrangements after this clean.
