I am looking for a trustworthy reliable person to do 2.5hr of cleaning a week on a regular basis. 2x bathrooms, vaccum and mop floors, dust and help with washing/laundry with any left over time

I need help sorting and moving my stuff up to a storage unit I have found I can afford at Nerang. Someone with a 2-ton, covered truck would work well. I can't afford big commercial rates (when did movers start getting $110+gst per hour!?) I can only really afford to pay someone about $70 per hour to help me pack and drive and unpack my stuff up at the storage place. If there are any nice folk or group(s) that can help me out, that would be really great. I'm at my wits end. I've got postural hypotension after catching covid in The Gold Coast University Hospital for a foot infection. They have been leaving me to rot now. Not getting any practical/physical help even though I have to lay-down after about 6-7 minutes. I think they want me to die so they don't have to deal with me and the way I am now thanks to them.
