I’m preparing to move out of my apartment and need help with a couple of things. 1. I just have some boxes, items and rubbish in my garage that needs to be taken out and put in the bins at the end of my garage. 2. I also need help lifting up my couch to remove a rug that is under it. 3. I also need a light bulb changed. I’m unable to lift things at the moment which is why I need a helping hand :) they’re just small tasks, nothing too big to move or carry.

No more than a Ute tray-full (or a van), so not too much. Collection during business hours on Thu or Fri. Most in one location (old office), small amount (carpeted area in photo) at our new office (300m away from old office). Bit late now, will add photos tomorrow... No stairs, we can load the lot straight from the garage.
