I need assistance clearing out the items stored in the one of the rooms and make space in that room. These items are to be either sold off or disposed of, depending on what price the removalist can agree on for taking these items - I need them to be cleared off as soon as possible. These items include 2xbed frames, sunshade (heavy), desk riser, dining table with 4 chairs (wood), photo frames, etc. Please let me know the quote and availability. These are located on the ground floor, and doesn't require dismantling, they are okay to be loaded and go.

All items will arrive palletised to be unpacked, boxes flattened down and put into a provided skip bin. see images below for items requiring assembly. *some heavy lifting may be required to shift, open boxes, and some hand assembly will be required for some basic items. Must be physically fit and have basic power tools/ tools for efficient assembly. Must have Stanley knife, a large pair of scissors would be helpful, you will be required to wear closed toe shoes (steel cap is not essential) and appropriate clothing. Needing 2 people to remove bulky household items, such as a 3 seater couch, outdoor table and chairs, washing machine, mattress and smaller items moved to the carpark level from my apartment. I have managed to procure a few photos of what to expect. I do have someone going in earlier this week to remove some of the boxes etc. The space is not huge but there is quite a bit to sort through and throw out. A skip bin will be provided. This is a reasonably tough job. The property has been used by a family member who is very unwell. The garage has a large amount of rubbish which, although easily cleared, will require a bit of hard work. It is a four bedroom home but only the main bedroom on the second floor needs attention. You can skip the top floor. The rest of the house: entrance, downstairs toilet, garage, living room, kitchen need a VERY thorough clean. It would also be good if you can sort out her fridge and remove any old food. Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 2 Number of bathrooms: 2 Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide To clarify: the task is both a thorough clean of everything expcept the top level of the house (which is the three bedrooms and bathroom). Focus is on the living areas and a very through clean of the kitchen. A reminder that this place has not been cleaned in a while due to the sickness of the person. The garage also has a large amount of rubbish. I will send photos asap. Ideally, a quote to remove the rubbish would be good but I am also open to ordering a skip in advance.
