Just need help loading stuff into the bin, weeding and fixing up DIY white wash job on bricks (I have the product to use)

Moving house, need to clear small shed for a garage sale the following day Saturday. An earlier start at 8 am before it gets too hot. Estimated 4 hours work.

i need help. i just need a cleaner for a few hours (you don’t even have to be a proper cleaner, i just need help) to help me bring bin bags down from my double bedroom to the refuse of my apartment building downstairs. and to help me clean my area. the bin area is down 3 flights of stairs, so ideally someone who is okay with going up and down stairs, maybe 5-6 trips. my mental health has gotten bad, and it's impeded my ability to clean my space. i deserve to feel safe and clean but i don’t have the capacity to do so. i’m looking for a non-judgmental, compassionate cleaner who can help me throw some bin bags out and clear my living spaces. date is negotiable, whenever you are available. price is negotiable, we can discuss but please understand i can’t pay much more than that as i'm a student.

Need 3 office chairs, white board and suitcases removed and disposed of from office (can also keep the furniture if you want).

Preferably on either the 2nd or 3rd of January. Would likely require a ute or large vehicle to fit all of the styrofoam and cardboard. I have attached photos for reference.
