I left AU due to an emergency a month ago and have recently found out that I have to stay longer than expected. Since I will be terminating my current lease, I need the apartment cleared and cleaned for the next tenant to move in. The studio is currently mostly empty, apart from the kitchenette where some dishes and pans still need washing, and the pantry, pantry drawers and fridge need to be cleared out. I think there is a bit of rubbish left as well to be disposed of. This is what I will require: Fridge to be turned off, fully emptied, and cleaned Some dishes to be washed and dried I don't want to throw everything away, so I will require you to sort out what can be donated, bag those separately, and donate them in your own time Not everything in the pantry is mine, so you will need a working phone with clear video calling capability (or at least ability to take high quality photos) for me to help sort through the items with you. Rubbish to be bagged and disposed of in the bins near the front door. Bed to be stripped and any linen to be folded and bagged for donation as well. Once everything is cleared, I will need the whole studio cleaned (including the bathroom). Should include vacuuming AND mopping, including wiping down of surfaces. I will send a housemate to inspect the apartment once you leave, so please ensure you do a thorough job. Estimated time this task will take is 3 hours, as the studio is quite small. Please state your availability over the next few days along with your offer, as I would like this to be done ASAP. We would like someone to assist in setting up a spare room for a guest arriving. We will need to remove some loose items and place them in the garage. No heavy lifting required. We'd also like assistance with putting some items into large storage containers in the garage and applying labels with the contents of each container.
