Office walls have all been divided in sections and dropped to floor. Approx 24 panels each 3m x 1.2m and 100mm thick. Metal frame and 13mm plaster both sides. All broken plaster and rubbish etc to be removed, black plastic floor covering to be removed and floor to be swept ready for vacuum by others. Job has easy access with parking right at door. 2 man job with truck.

(Largest items to go will be two bed bases that have been pulled apart already).A few items will remain in the storage unit including a large wardrobe, washing machine, 2 chairs and a bbq. Storage unit is easy to access and has large trolleys for moving items out. Would only take just over an hour with my help as well. No stairs required at the other property.
