Hi, I need help with a competitive quote for a few different odd jobs around the home. Pic 1 shows a downpipe which has come loose due to the holding brackets getting damaged - need it reinstalled. Pic 2 shows a picket gate on side entry into the lawn which has had few nails come off - needs bit of a TLC/repair help. Pics 3 and 4 show a damaged rotary clothesline which fell apart due to rusting/weakening at the base. Curious if there's a way to fix it as rest of is in decent enough condition (albeit old). Please provide your best offers to have these fixed. Cheers.

It involves drilling into masonry. This how-to video (https://youtu.be/imLhF1LhCig) shows step-by-step instructions and the tools needed for the job. I have none of these tools!
