We need to build 8 metres of picket wooden fence to match existing front fence. This part of the fence was brick fence before. We had removed brick and need to build wooden picket fence to replace it. The sizes: Posts: 90x90x1100. Pickets: 70x20x900. Rails: 45x70

remove and dispose existing PVC screening along a 12 m wide timber fence. install hard bamboo screening and affix it securely to a timber paling boundary fence (you may need to purchase wires/nails etc and I will reimburse) - i will purchase the bamboo screen from bunnings and have it delivered. existing artificial grass to be cut and laid correctly with possible cement/sand underlay. Temporarily pop out a small section of the colorbond fence for access.

Install new 1.8metre height colour bond fence with length 30metres. With timber sleepers if necessary. Build new retaining wall near the existing staircase. Either with concrete sleepers or rendered brick wall 40centimeters height with length of 1 metre. Carport five metres by four metres The ground has existing pavers where the carport is installed. Carport can have four legs or Cantilever style. The house is a corner block. Nil access issues. Nil neighbour. The plot of land is quite flat no slope. Located in Burwood.

Back and side fence consist of bamboo panels. One of the side panels needs repair. Both fences each 7 m long need painting. They will need to be cleaned before, perhaps pressure hose needed? The garden is full of beautiful plants , so care is needed.

Repair and strengthen timer posts (rotten at the bottom ) maybe by galvanised steel bracket between the posts and the timber deck .

I need someone to come and repair our fence which is falling apart. We also need a lacquer or varnish the entire fence.

Gate fell due to the win. Need to be installed and fix the bricks

We removed a wooden archway from our drive way only to discover the posts were attached by a large bolt. We need someone to grind off the bolt and remove the remainder of the wood x 2. Pics attached.

I need 6 panels re fixed with 7 new posts (14 Posts as each post has 2 ) and 6 new timber sleepers. Panels can be re-used. few bottom rails may need replacement ,if found to be bent. Will pay extra when on site when bottom rails need replaced. Labour and Materials supply quote
