The job is to paint the studio/office before it is built. - a light sand to all panels and trim as required - oil based primer undercoat - 2 top coats It is Dulux paint. Domino oustide and Vivid White inside. All in exterior semi-gloss. There is no different trim colours or anything tricky. The budget I have set is labour only, paint supplied, and I am assuming it will take 3 days for 1 capable person. Let me know your thoughts on that. There is an Insiration Paint just around the corner. Undercoat primer and paint can be supplied or you can supply for retail pricing if you get a discount yourself. All other painting tools and consumables need to be your own. Must be the paints and brand I have specified exactly. The job is in Milton. It needs to be done before the end of next week. Work can occur over the weekend and anytime 6:30am - 5:30pm. Parking is available. There is plenty of space to work but it is not undercover, so wet weather will need to be considered. Please see the photos attached of both the finished studio/office once built and how it is currently stored flat packed. It is 3060 (at the peak) x 2215 x 2475 once built. To be clear, it is not built currently. It is being painted prior to building. I had a painter lined up and they fell through. The installation can be delayed, but ideally we will get it painted asap so installation does not need to move. Best case it is finished by Monday for Tuesday install. Otherwise finishing by the end of next week is also feasible. In your response please briefly deail your painting experience and confirm you will supply brushes and consumables, and if you will supply paint. I can supply otherwise.

We have a painting job at an office space in fortitude valley. Everything is taped and prepped, it’s got 1 coat already. We’re short on time and need someone to come and do one thick coat to finish off and look good. Approx 180sqm of painted walls required. We think it’ll take one day to get done. We have all paint, brushes, tape and everything required so no gear necessary.

I require the internal walls of a newly fitted out psychology clinic to be painted. Four small-medium rooms, one small reception, a hall and a small kitchen space. Some walls already painted as only the newly built walls require painting over the plasterboard. Other walls are Whisper White so would require internal walls to match.

Remove paint from 4 windows, instructions from artist for removal below. To be completed on April 25th. "Best would be to spray it with a metho / water mix. Let it sit for a few hours to loosen up. Then gurni it off. Hit the surrounding area and clean everything else up at the same time. It’ll leave a residue on the ground but water will dissolve it all. All water based paint so not a issue with it staining".

Want painter with experience using Airless gun to spray small 40 Sqm shop. Ceilings in upper area Black and undercoat to walls. Can roll walls. Will supply paint. And can supply Airless if u don’t have one. Will have to use dropsheets or plastic over some windows and where required. Floors are getting cornered so no issue there.

We have an office space that currently has white walls but we want it all painted. Most of the walls are plasterboard except for one wall which has timber panelling on it that has also been painted white. There are no skirtings or trims to paint, and the ceilings don't require painting.
