Its about 85m2 of walls. Drop sheets cover about a quarter of the walls, will need to be moved. Taping will be completed before ready to paint later this week

The suite comprises 20 sqm in area with a ceiling height of 3.9m. There is a window frame facing the street and an internal window facing the corridor. The prep would include removing screws from the masonry walls and patching. I expect the ceiling would require a single coat and the walls, 2 coats. Existing colour is white and new colour would also be a white shade. The suite is located on 2nd floor of a building in King Street, Sydney. Access is by stairs or lift.
