I bought a PS4 for my child and it worked we first got it but I didn't hook it up with my internet or the epic games account first (took me a couple weeks to install as I was busy) now - a couple of months on and I cant get it to update at all and it just wont upload so he cant play it. I've tried the manual update using Sony's web site and downloading the update file to a usb (FAT32) Ive bought a couple of USB's to do this but nothing is working. I cant upload the file to the PS4.
