I purchased a Metabox laptop in 2022. It is a gaming laptop and you have to load the software onto the computer yourself. My ex didn't do something right and I've had a plether of problems from the speakers crackling, touch pad lagging and clicking when I don't click, etc. I think everything needs to be wiped and then reinstalled.

My Mac desktop seems to have a different login/user name on the first screen and I can't reset it. There isn't a button to reset the password or change the user.

I have a surface pro computer, it’s 3 years old and used only for work. The storage is at max capacity. I’ve followed very basic cleaning suggestions online to help but it’s not a long term solution. We have 4 phone extensions using line hunting system of the AVAYA IP Office 500 V2 model. Line hunting is provided by Telstra. We would like to book a technician with knowledge about AVAYA to fix the issue as our line hunting function is lost, which means when one phone rang, the other will not receive calls (but it should and always did before)> We have checked with Telstra and their 2 phone lines provided for line hunting still works.
