Can't get internet to work. ISP says fine their end but Wifi worked today.(edit suggested we could connect through wifi- doesnt work for me) Ethernet isnt working. Tried changing DNS and it didn't help.

We are having some issues connecting our IP phones to our network… we have narrowed this down to issues with either some of the data ports or cabling. I have no idea how to set a price for this task or time it will take, though I’m happy to negotiate if there’s some genius out there to help solve all my technical problems / tasks!! Ok, I need a tech wiz for many things. Starts with I have multiple accounts throughout 6 or so devices and I would like all the photos all accessible on 1 account and not have to flip between accounts to view files / photos, I have been back and forth between iPhone to android too many times over last year with many different clouds (Gmail x4-5, iCloud x2 also 1 or 2 outlook/ one notes) and all accounts passwords are all saved wrong also across multiple phone numbers used to be able to verify myself to be able to login. This has been a difficult task to be able to ask a friend or family member as we all know our phones and clouds can be very personal and risk of security allowing someone else access to passwords that contain accounts including banks ect. And I am more than capable of this as I am pretty good with technology though this whole big mess I have made just gets me frustrated and the task will take a lot of concentration and time. I would love to have all files backed to a external hard drive where then I would filter through myself and choose what to keep / delete I would like to then have everything removed off clouds and have 1-2 email accounts as and end result where I can then re upload and back up these newly organised files / photos uploaded onto on my 1-2 drives and be able to access and use with ease on my new iPhone 11 Pro Max I have recently purchased and my new dell laptop that brings me to another task where I need this device to be started up for me with correct accounts and security set up and all program subscriptions are relevant and current for all general purposes I use. I also have many questions regarding VPNs and security, some data entry and or eBay advertising ect. These tasks are very important though to complete as soon as possible and I understand the task may be on going or may take some time, would be very interested in finding the right trustworthy person for on going technical tasks / repairs ect. If u believe you can help with my problems please help!!
