Laptop fell, Have to open the cover and press a small strip to the port and then press the start button to start the laptop Worked fine for a few days But now can't connect to Internet. Other devises can connect to WiFi with Internet. Ipconfig says media disconnected Need to get the Internet connectivity fixed and also the start button.

I have an old version of Outlook that is also linked to my websites. I have 3 different emails for my business and 2 no longer work. My WD Elements 4TB hard drive has recently stopped being recognised on my computer. When I plug in the hard drive it does turn on but I can't access the drive and after a little bit an error will pop up. The pop up tells me: "USB device not recognised. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it." I have tried both USB ports on my computer and other hard drives still work on my computer so I don't think it's the drivers. I've also tried to connect the hard drive to a different computer and the same error comes up. Obviously I don't want to lose any of the stuff I've got on the hard drive so if you could fix it that would be great!
