Rhys gave me a consult for all the parts and the building of the pc, which was exactly what I needed and he’s done a stellar job the entire way through and even through hiccups outside of his control he made sure to keep me updated and even compensated me when he didn’t need to. My PC doesn't start. It tries to start as soon as I plug the energy cable. The fans start spinning but stop quickly. Then the computer keeps trying to power on. The fans turn for less than a second. Then it repeats. I suspect it can be the power supply but needed someone to test it. It's a Dell T1700. Have some parts changed along the way. 3 years ago changed the power supply. Hi there, I need help with picking parts for and building of a gaming computer. I have a new Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 GAMING OC 10G Rev 2.0, 10GB sitting in my cupboard and a Ryzen 5900X in my current computer that I’m happy to take out. I just need help with the rest of it, I have a 1440p monitor and I want to be able to run triple a games at high settings with 120+ frames my monitor only goes to 165hz. I’d also like at least 2tb of SSD. I’ll need a new tower, motherboard, ram, psu and will probably need water cooling for my cpu I imagine. I’ll need a new windows 10 I think. I like RGB but it’s not a deal breaker id rather it cools better or has greater performance. At the moment there is not really a budget but I’ll say 2-2.75 grand for now. I’ll also need you to actually build the computer I’m not confident enough to do that. Thanks for taking the time to read all of that I really appreciate it.

We have recently had Ethernet cabling installed but can’t seem to get all of our computers successfully connected. Wifi (not our preferred option) also keeps dropping in and out. Have tested with Vodafone and they say everything is fine.

Recently installed a Coolermaster ML360L V2 in my pc build and can’t get the lights to work on the fans, but the more pressing issue is that the pc will only boot for 1-3minutes and then completely power off. I managed to check the cpu temp on my boards software and was at 100C idle so has something to do with the cooler. Should hopefully be a quick fix for an expert out there!
