Our client has 2 new Epson photocopiers : ET 4810 & ET-2811 , that need set up & linked to their phones., WIFI etc . Plus an existing photocopier Epson Workforce WF-7710 that keeps showing a fault that needs fixed 7 says on the screen contact support.. Both new printers (ET 4810 & ET-2811) need set up & connected to the wifi & an app on their phones. They attempted doing one printer but found it was only printing blank docs after he set up. The second printer they have not tried using. Need to start afresh with both of those . The older printer just needs fixed. Let us know when you could come to do this work in Mosman Day & Time. Harddrive was hidden on windows and mac device. It has started beeping. My local fix it store does not have the equipment to do this. I've been advised the following: the red mark in the photo is the connector for the optical drive which is the one that is used to access to do the diagnostic. However, it most definitely seems the optical drive is faulty, but the platter components inside are probably still okay.
