My internet is connected and says running at a good speed when I do a test but it won’t connect to Kayo or foxtel app to run live tv off the apps and also my online gaming for ps5 won’t work. Called Optus they said connection is fine and running perfectly for some reason it won’t work the others. If you can fix it you get paid

We have had data cabling run in the office to move the location of the reception but there is no connection at the new outlets. I require someone to identify the problem and fix it. Possibly needs new hardware as additional ports might be needed.

I have three ubiquity access points, and they connect to a network switch. I'm still getting terrible wifi at my house. Need someone to test Ethernet connections, and set up a Cisco managed network switch. I also need about 10 Ethernet cables terminated to the patch panel.

Set up DD-WRT so it connects to the internet via Ethernet and so 2.4G and 5G wifi can be shared with others. Firmware has been installed on router but now internet is not working. Network adapter trouble shooter says Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration. If possible also set up a bridge connection.

Just build a new PC. Windows wont let me connect to wifi. Wifi options doesn’t come up and only shows Ethernet.

Business desktop computer - won’t allow files to be downloaded from the web into chrome or safari (states “virus scan failed”). We have troubleshooted all options available to us via Microsoft, Chrome and wider web (have spent many hours) as well as had our network company look into it with no luck.

I have a genuine Microsoft 365 installed. Nothing was wrong with it until last week when Microsoft stopped saving. I open a Word file, edit and click save, it shows saving... but never saves. I have two drivers, C and D. C is where the operating system and Microsoft 365 are installed, and D is where I keep my files. It seems that the problem is only with files that are already on the D drive!! I had some files on the desktop that are not affected and I can still edit and save. But any word file that was on the D Drive is affected. Someone already tried to find the problem but with no luck. Uninstalled office and reinstalled multiple times without a fix. After the attempted fix, now all Word files do not show the Word icon, but they still open. I have tried setting the default programs to open the file but also no luck. Too much time was spent to try to fix this with no success, so I only want someone who is confident they can find the problem and not spend hours on my computer trying things, I need someone who can diagnose and fix. Also, now I can't create a new Word file when clicking right click and new!! This happened after the other guy tried to fix the problem. Open to suggestions. Let me know if you need any additional information before committing to the task

Somehow my windows boot failed. It seems both of the ssd is still detected. Task is to make me regain access to windows 10 with the data intact. This may require a external boot or other check

Just need some help with a 4yr old desk stop. Seems video card and some ports are malfunctioning. PC is Intel Core i5-6300U, 2.4Ghz, with 4GB RAM. GPU and CPU both seem to be functioning. Can’t get display to work.
