Laptop keeps constantly restarting which is showing advanced startup repair by itself after turning it on multiple times. It fell down and after running several diagnostics, the issue still appears. It works in safe mode but could not transfer files through external or USB hard drive. I have tried several different options from entering the command prompts, I am going to assume the hardware from the fall contributed to the error but the hard drive seems to be running fine. This is on a Dell Inspirion 14 5000 running on an Intel core I3 which was owned for nearly four years now. We want to make sure all the files can be transferred safely before any escalation to deter this issue to happen.

We have a PC that’s a few years old that’s running windows 10. Unfortunately, we switched the mains power off and the computer switched off. Upon restarting the windows, it says that windows can’t be started up normally nor cannot be started up using the Windows repair.
