We currently have a wifi set up but it doesn't cover the whole house and seems slow at times. Looking for ways to improve the coverage inside the house and if the connection to the house is ok/could be improved, and would like the work to be completed to achieve this

Laptop keeps constantly restarting which is showing advanced startup repair by itself after turning it on multiple times. It fell down and after running several diagnostics, the issue still appears. It works in safe mode but could not transfer files through external or USB hard drive. I have tried several different options from entering the command prompts, I am going to assume the hardware from the fall contributed to the error but the hard drive seems to be running fine. This is on a Dell Inspirion 14 5000 running on an Intel core I3 which was owned for nearly four years now. We want to make sure all the files can be transferred safely before any escalation to deter this issue to happen.
