Over the past month the internet connection in the house drops out regularly and the wifi strength has deteriorated. We have Amplifi modems around the house to try to improve the signal and while they indicate the mesh signal is 'good' the wifi isn't getting to the top rooms consistently.

The keyboard and trackpad (with the exception of the power button) is not responsive after I sign in. Need help to fix as it seems to happen intermittently. Purchased in 2017 (think it’s a 2015 model). Already tried many resets like PRAM rest and also wiped the computer clean, and still having issues. Might be hardware related. Laptop location is in Darling Point but I can meet in CBD too.
