My laptop was bought this year and my printer works perfectly fine. My laptop is asus and printer is canon When I want to print something from my laptop, it doesn’t print or connect properly with the printer. I have them connected via a cable and yet no luck. I haven’t changed any settings and no videos online are helpful. My wife has a MacBook and that prints perfectly fine. I don’t know how to fix it, and I need to get it done soon.
