My HP Spectre 360 (Windows 11) laptop did a BIOS upgrade. It restarted with a Temporary profile and I have not been able to fix this. Support from HP and Microsoft have not helped. I have gone into Registry Editor and to the Profilelist directory. I have tried deleting the Temporary profile and renaming the Permanent profile. However, these changes are not saved when doing a restart. I have seemed to have lost nearly all my files. - Due date: Flexible

After trying a bunch of stuff I cannot seem to get my windows 10 PC to finish updating. It gets too 95% and won't complete. The internet is running very slowly on it too but is fine on every other electrical in the house. I will upload a photo of the error code too.
