Hello, I have recently tried my hand at building a pc, but unfortunately I have reached some issues and am unable to start it up. I am in need of some support from someone knowledgable about building PC's to help me troubleshoot the issues and get everything working.

my name's Brad, the date ! Not sure if you would drive up here to st. Kilda because I can easily bring my laptop to you too. My computer is suddenly soooo slow. For the last few months, it was doing this weird typing thing that would type only symbols 50 % percent of the time and I'd have to constantly enable amd disable "sticky keys". I turned it off and on the other day, and suddenly that problem existed no more, but now the computer is soooo slow and jerky. And now the volume won't work at all! Can you help? Thank you✌

We have a desktop computer and a laptop computer. The desktop is currently not turning on properly. It is running Windows 10. We want to repair the desktop so that it can be turned on, then ensure that everything from the desktop is transferred to the laptop, before disposing of the desktop. We also want to set up an automatic daily backup of the laptop. There may already be an automatic daily backup set up for the desktop, so perhaps this can be moved over to the laptop. We don't expect that this should take more than a couple of hours, as both computers mainly have only photos and document files.

MacBook is having the below issues: - Difficult to get past the apple loading screen; it stops and it goes into "kernel panic" - If it gets past the loading screen it resets on its own and it gets stuck in the same loop - Should a clean install be necessary, require that contents in the SSD are saved/backed up before its contents are wiped however prefer to just get it back to work. The MacBook had 10G RAM and a 500G SSD retrofitted about 3 years ago. It's never been water damage or been dropped. Access to a quiet working space on site will be provided.
